Buyer is purchasing the artwork in this listing from RCAA LLC . The Buyer does not own Artworks until paid in full. Market value of artworks fluctuates with economic conditions, scarcity, the quality and aesthetic appeal of the artworks, and reputation of the artists. Consequently, RCAA LLC cannot and does not make any representation whatsoever and specifically disclaims such representations regarding whether, when or the dollar amount that the artworks would realize if sold. These Artwork(s) are sold on condition that the Buyer gives RCAA LLC the first right of refusal to re-sell the Artwork within the first three (3) years of purchase. RCAA LLC has the right to cancel the sale before the exhibition's termination, should the Artwork be sold to an unfit Buyer who may not have the best intentions with the artwork.
The authenticity of authorship of the Artwork(s) is/are in accordance with the description contained. RCAA LLC has all legal authority to sell the Artwork(s) and is selling the Artwork(s) "AS IS" and hereby disclaims all other representations and warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitation or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, marketability, value or condition. Purchaser is responsible for any taxes, if applicable, in any state or country. Purchaser is also responsible for any shipping and wiring fees. By purchasing this work, Buyer agrees to all terms outlined herein, and the sale shall be deemed final and the condition fully accepted.
